Ahh, Finland . . . 10/05/2009
Howdy Brothers and Bitches, I've got some sad news about the Finland gigs today. We're going to have to wait until the Summer of 2010 before Rhino Bucket rolls into the bowels of Helsinki. At the end of the day, despite some tremendous work by Pekka and Risto over in Finland, we just weren't able to pull the schedule together. I was really looking forward to playing there this time around but now I'm excited about going over there next summer and showing off Finland to the band when it's not 20 below 0 degrees. :-) On a good note, we're hitting quite a few countries in our European Rhino Ride. Here's a list: Belgium Holland Germany Denmark Norway Sweden Czech Republic France Switzerland Spain Portugal With Finland, Italy, and Austria looking to come on-board in the Summer of 2010. Not bad for a bunch of angry lads roaming the streets of Van Nuys, huh? Cheers, Georg State of the Union 09/18/2009
Hola bitches, Here is Rhino Bucket land things are picking up steam. Seems that last weekend FOX Sports decided to play Rhino Bucket songs during it's NFL broadcasts. Uber Cool! If you're a American Football fan, be sure to tune into the FOX network this Sunday and lets see if they do it again. On a side note, if you're a European Football fan, then try to catch the Manchester United vs. Manchester City game this Sunday morning. I know I will. We're starting to fill out the October run so keep checking the website to see if we come anywhere near your neck of the woods. Europe is still looming large and we've begun to do press and whatnot, so it should be a blast. If you've got the money, seeing Rhino Bucket on a Friday night in Berlin would be a once-in-a-lifetime event. We're working on a surprise for all of our true believers, and if I can pull it off, then it might a very Merry Christmas after all. Also, there will be a new full length Rhino Bucket album coming out in 2010. Before, during, and after that we will continue to keep on doing gigs as much as we can because, after all, we're just here to rock! Cheers, Georg Back in the saddle in L.A. 09/03/2009
I want to thank each and every one of you who came out to our shows this past month. We had a great time! It was good to see some old friends and even better to meet some new ones. The band sounded better than ever and I can't wait to get back out on the road! (It's looking like October) If you're in the Los Angeles area then come see us this Saturday night on the Sunset Strip at the Cat Club. It's right next to the Whiskey A Go Go. Again, thanks to all of you and we'll see you soon! Cheers, Georg Well, we're off to see America . . . 08/05/2009
Rhino Bucket is leaving the comfort of home to bring you the baddest, loudest, rock and roll! Whatever it takes we always deliver so don't miss us if we are anywhere near you! See you out there. Cheers, Georg Ok then . . . 07/27/2009
Once again the beast that is Rock 'n Roll has risen from it's slumber and fucked up my birthday plans . . . Help me celebrate my Birthday! 07/22/2009
Check it out my fellow buckets . . . I can't believe it is already July! Just another couple of weeks and the Rhino is ready to roll once again. If you want to know the "when and where" go to our website www.rhinobucket.com and check out all the dates so far. August in the USA is looking good and Jan/Feb in Europe is starting to fill up also. If you don't see you town on the list, don't despair, there are more gigs coming. After all, this is what we do the best, play live. I do have to tell all of you that we will be joined this time around, for all of these gigs, by our good friend Tony (Tiny) Biuso. We've done gigs with him before and now we've kidnapped him for the rest of the year and a good chunk of the next. I hoping to also go out in the Oct/Nov time frame and then take a bit of Dec off as we'll need to get ready for the Euro winter gigs. I recommend to bring a lot of Koskenkorva, if you don't know what that is, look it up. We all had such a great time this past weekend! Saw some old friends and met a whole bunch of new ones. I must say that the production teams this weekend were the best I've worked with in a very long time. It's nice when you can hear everything that is going on. We didn't have Brian with us this time but it all worked out as Dave Beeson (Broken Teeth) came on board and rocked the house! If you ever have a chance to see Broken Teeth live, you must go! They rock and they have a new album coming out very soon. Well, I'm a little worn out from the long weekend, Miller Lite and Jim Bean will do that to you, so until next time. KEEP IT LOUD ! A note to our fine Canadian friends! 04/24/2009
